Does anyone know of a no-win-no-fee Lawyer? I have a mortgage with Banco Popular and put in a floor clause claim, but they have come back and said that because it is not my main home then they are not obliged to refund anything!! Despite going through the process over the past 2 years they are adamant and even suggested i get a Lawyer.

Hi Raye
I know nothing about this personally, and no info re a 'no win, no fee' lawyer, but I've been following the dialogue on Janet Anscombe' site. Have a look in particular at the post dated 12th Jan 2017 re registering with ADICAE, looks like this could be a way forward for you. Good luck!
