Need help. Have two new aircon units both less than 2 years old. Neither work, seem to be leaking gas. Man who installed them won't answer phone. Don't want to replace unless I have too.
Any advice welcome.

Who was the installer, so we can avoid them?
A decent HVAC engineer will pressure test the system before commissioning. You can get an engineer to find the leak and re-gas.
I have asked the question in the 'General' section for recommendations for a decent engineer/company. Let's hope we get some answers.

Thanks for advice.
Jeff put them in for us but we can't reach him now.
We did get a company in Rosario "fixol". They have repaired one (as you advised they found leak, repaired and re-gased) and are waiting for a part for the second unit. So far so good.
Prices seem fair too   :)

when you say reasonable what is reasonable , I was charged 150 euro for re-gas is that reasonable

I was charged a little more but it included fixing leak. A lot cheaper than replacing or re-gasing each year. Both working now. Happy days!
