Hmmm.... what experience have you got of using Pro-Spec SLR's Brian? Perhaps you could stick a couple of examples of your shots up here? Just decent landscapes or something like that would be fine, that way we know we're not wasting our time.

Cheers.

Ha ha!!! I should be so lucky. I shoot with a Canon EOS7d. By the time you've stuck the lens on etc it's massive (Oh er missus!) https://www.facebook.com/Paul-Clark-Photography-1619542031665742/

& I do appreciate the comments about how it always seems to be "Newbies" who respond to Brian's comments, but please don't tar us with that brush. It just so happens we've only just booked to come back to the Island after a 25 year + break, hence only recently joining the forum. We like being naked on holiday and I'm a semi pro photographer, so the tread does tick quite a few of our boxes.

Anyway, if Brian ever proves he can take a decent shot, we may take him up on his offer, until then we'll manage by ourselves.

Cheers all.

As an aside, we contacted "Brian" & have seen examples of his professional work, very impressive. However it's unlikely we'll use his services whilst on the island as he wanted us to commit to a date now as he will be fully booked by the time we arrive and we're not prepared to pre-book a day of our holiday before we even depart, so I'm afraid we won't be able to verify him. Shame, but "Hey Ho"

Wow. Now over 21,000 views it has proved to be a really interesting topic.

I guess that is backed up by the number of couples who have contacted me since I posted this thread.

Have a great holiday on this lovely island who ever you are.

Brian

If I was to post any of my work here you would only say it was someone else's work. What's the point.

Jester 10 said after seeing some examples that my work was "impressive", but I am willing to bet that you think that he is me in disguise anyway.

Don't know what dictionary you are reading but Jill is "spot on" in her use of the word obsessed

My definition .....

An obsession with something is an unhealthy, extreme interest in it. When someone is obsessed, they've lost control of their feelings about the object of their obsession. The adjective obsessed is often used to simply mean "very interested," but when someone is truly obsessed, their interest has become compulsive, and they've begun to lose control over it. The Latin root is obsessus, or "besieged," and when you're obsessed, your mind has been besieged by uncontrollable thoughts of something.

So i last posted on a thread 4 months ago and i am obsessed ! I think not if you bother to read the definition.

Brian still hasn't explained why he posted this on the Naturist part of the forum , has he ?

Nothing wrong with your definition MinRich. Seems like your self perception is at variance with the perception some others have of you.

It is a free service, it's just a polite form of address. Most end up as "New Friends".
I hope to include you in that catogary at sometime soon.

Cheers Brian

I'm not sure I'd be too keen on taking an EOS5d down onto the beach. Last year I took my Canon compact and sand managed to get into the lens housing. Luckily managed to repair it, but I wouldn't risk my DSLR with the fine sand blowing around.

The Camera will go nowhere near the beach, just our villa , pool area and bedroom.
