From the road by flag beach towards the extinct volcanos has been done before.

I have walked the nearby volcanoes nude.  I think a good rule is clothes free once off tarmac, which is what they follow in Geramany.

I regularly walk naked around the coast on the left side of Corralejo, stripping off as soon as I pass the two large wind turbines, miles of scenic coast and very few others around.

I have walked naked along the north coast track from the lighthouse.  Get few surprised looks from passing cars.  Drawback is you can get totally covered in dust but at least soon washed off by quick dip and no dirty clothes.

I have cycled this route naked more than once and it is thoroughly suitable for naked walking.
