Oasis Tamarindo 2

the Residential hotel complex called Oasis Tamarindo 2, is it any good ? how far to Sand Dunes ? etc . is it walkable or only by bus ?

apart from the rui, which hotel residential complex is closest to the dunes ?

Hi I use google earth for all quick surveys if you look near the water park I think it is below on next development the map does provide names I ve not stayed there myself but from my research looks like a holiday destination more than a long term rental or purchase depends what you want it for but all apartments I saw online looked relatively small circa 50 sqm for  bed large enough for short term hols perhaps not long term stay looks like a good place to stay if you want to access main town.

I thought Tamarindo 2 is mainly private now, the grounds are a mess and the lights are not working throughout the complex,

Unless I have it wrong? the entrance is across from Tiffany's two iron gates.

Papagayo owns 25% of the apartments in Tam2, its there job to fill pool etc.  because its not being repaired or filled, no one is paying 145 per month fees.  because no one paying fees, papagayo wont do any work yet.   it will be done I think, eventually.  its just upsetting for those who own apartments there.  it has great potential and has a nice feel about it.  just very neglected, in need of work before summer, I hope ??
