Well I have started my zero hours job share but not signed a contract yet so not sure how this will work with John R yet

On the zero hours front, I believe it best for all concerned if employees meet on a regular, dates to be agreed, basis to discuss hours over a couple of cold ones.   ;D  8)

Ok Deso when you arrive we can all go for a cold one or two and you can act as ACAS 🤣🤣🤣

OK sounds like a plan, although I must advise you , the last time I was involved with an ACAS representative I was asked to leave the meeting, I allegedly called him " A blithering idiot" not exactly what I called him, but close, They could not even get that right.

Morning all, a little late start this morning at 7.30 17c under a clear sky overhead but cloud out to the east over the calm sea, very little breeze and a lot of condensation on both the furniture and the glass screens which means I have a cleaning job after I have finished this.

Yesterday was much as forecast but there wasn't much cloud during the morning, great afternoon and it clouded in about 5pm.

Todays forecast -
some cloud during the morning, a clear afternoon, scattered cloud again from around 5pm
Temp at 11am 24C feeling like 33C then up to 26C at 6pm feeling like 26C
Wind from N to NE possibly E no more than 15Km/h
UV factor of 11 @ Noon to 3pm

Yesterdays Sunrise and it is very similar this morning

Good morning Fuerteventura.

What a journey, but at least our flight took off. Whilst waiting to board at EMA 3 flights that needed to use French air space were cancelled. As John said, we should have left EMA at 3.20pm arriving 7.35pm. However due to delays we left at 5.00pm and arrived at 9.30pm slowed by a head wind.

Pleased to be here and report that we have a clear warm sunny day ahead.

El Cotillo... The outlook is for a clear warm sunny day, with temperatures reaching mid to high 20's. The easterly wind will be very light offshore of around 3 to 7 kph.

Tides:
12:50 AM            Moonrise
12:54 AM      0.55 meters   (1.80 ft)   Low Tide
7:14 AM      1.91 meters   (6.27 ft)   High Tide
