I was glancing over estate agents websites and one particular one has several business (all sorts) listed for sale.

Most of these are based in Corralejo, does anyone know why the exodus?

Maybe it's because business is thriving and some of them are selling up, cashing in and then moving to emerging El Cotillo to do it all over again?

It seems that the Italian owned businesses change hands every few months and have a refit each time

Buying-and-selling businesses, not running businesses - possibly for tax purposes.
