New Feature - 5 star Ratings

I've introduced a quick 5 star rating system for reviews of Bars & Restaurants, Beach Reviews, Hotel reviews and Jokes.

So you can now quickly give up to 5 stars for any of the above.

I may change the semantics later - at the moment it says "Rate this Topic" when it should be taken to mean "Rate this Bar" .. or whatever.

Posts that can be rated will have a star option above their header.
To rate it, click the star rating you wish to award - be careful though, you can only rate once per topic and as yet, it can't be changed once done



Once a topic has votes, it will be shown alongside its title in its board



One problem I haven't been able to overcome (yet ?) is that you can't give a rating for topics you have started. I'll try and enable this.
In the meantime, if you wish to award stars to e.g. a Bar topic that you've started , PM admin with the URL and number of stars, and I'll use the Norrin account (don't try and PM Norrin)  to award your chosen number of stars to your topic
