The Studios Matorral are situated in the southern part of the island of Fuerteventura, about 300 m from Jandia beach and 1 km from the town of Morro Jable.

A short distance from the complex is a large shopping mall with shops, bar, restaurants and entertainment zone.

All of the studios have either a terrace or a balcony and include a lounge, a kitchen with fridge, and a bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Further facilities include satellite TV and an in-room safe.

The complex includes a large swimming pool with a poolside snack bar and a children's paddling area – ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine, sun loungers and parasols can be hired poolside.
