Casa Manolo's is opposite Cruz Roja (Red Cross) and Rock Island.
It is a fabulous family run spanish restaurant that caters for everyone.
Absolutely wonderful food and fantastic service.
Food is cooked by Manolo and his wife and as it is fresh often there is a small wait whilst it is cooked/prepared - but hey it's Fuerteventura - simply relax and chill- it is well worth the wait.
With service being by Manuel their son or their lovely daughter Maria.
If you haven't yet been you really do need to try this simply wonderful restaurant tucked away down one of the side streets of Corralejo. :D

Agree, we love it here, we always make a point to visit several times on our holiday.
My wife has Coliacs Disease and so Gluten Free is very important, and Casa Manolo has Gluten Free people in the family and so know how to cater. They are always great with the kids and we will continue to return.

Booked a table here after reading many recommendations. Ordered a mixed grill and was eventually served tasty chicken, lamb chop, steak - all freshly made and all spoiled by being served on a cold plate. Ended up with indigestion trying to gulp my food down before it went completely cold. How can any self-respecting chef permit hot food to be served on a cold plate?
