Trip Advisor lists 22 restaurants.   Ones not posted here are:

Punta Dell'Est (ranked #1)
El Goloso del Cotillo (which is a bakery in my book)
Sottovento
Ferret's Dinner (Swiss)
Pizzeria Marameo (is this more take out??)
El Roque de los Pescadores
and the list goes on...
