Any iPhone Experts ???

Just recieved a new iPhone 4s OS 6, for xmas. In the manual and on Youtube it tells you how to make a personal greeting when pressing the Voicemail button. This feature in not on my phone (Vodafone) and niether is it on my friend´s iPhone (Movistar). Is this feature missing in Spain. Anybody got an answer

Hi Woe im pretty useless with my new iphone 4 but  on mine you tap voicemail, after it tells you you have no messages you choose these options
To work with your greetings press 3

Then you choose one of these options

To work with your personal greetings or change greeting type press 1
To work with your name for the system greeting press 9

Having said that....I havent got around to putting a greeting on mine yet so I dont know if it works or not.

Thanks Fifi but it doesn´t work. I think the feature is not available in Spain, I don´t know why

Im finding mine really tricky to use.  I must read the manual sometime. Have a look at this Woe and see if it works. http://support.apple.com/kb/TS4430

Nope, done all that Fifi, still doesn´t work. I need somebody here in Fuerte that has an iPhone, to clarify that it´s not available.

True Deso.... they usually know everything about them, but trying to get them to explain it is near impossible. I just keep getting told "Ill do it for you....you wouldnt understand"....and they are probably right.
