How is Canela Cafe these days. Anyone been there lately and is it up to the good standards I always remember. Would like to give it a try when next out.

There a couple of times in November. Still good food.  Combo chicken and ribs excellent. Slider mini burgers very tasty. Bacon wrapped Filet steak,
generous portion perfectly cooked. Will be going back next month.

Loved the place when I was there. Used to be able to stroll there and back home after a few beers and a meal. glad it's still going strong.

Went there yesterday with friends after reading this thread, what a beatiful meal we all had, slider burger, Mexicana burger, falafel burger and chilli con carne burrito. All freshly cooked and reasonably priced with drinks, will defo be going back.
