Las Gaviotas is situated in a quiet area in Corralejo, 400 metres from public transport links and 800 metres from Corralejo town centre and the airport is 35 km away.

There are 14 apartments set on the beach front, each equipped with a lounge area with sofa bed, digital TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, ceramic hot plate, kettle and toaster, bathroom and separate bedroom with a safe.
