Bank Charges

I have a joint Sabadell Key Account opened 2 months ago. I have had 2 sets of charges since opening 19.89 Maintenance Fee & 2x9.54 taxes.
Any idea what these refer to.
I am non resident & have been making fairly large deposits, do they charge for depositing, have had no response from bank.

I seem to remember they make a n annual charge on Key accounts, and also charge for having two cards, but no idea what the taxes are.
