Head for Sotavento; park at Risco del Paso and walk south about a kilometre.  Nicest sandy naturist beach imaginable!

Or park up in Esquinzo & just walk down the path to the beach behind the Marina Playa Hotel

Depends what your priorities are but as a single guy I would have thought your best bet was Corralejo because you have the best opportunities for entertainment and the dunes.
