I always come home with a sore tongue after a day of beach volley ball. Not because I play but from where the wife keeps stuffing it back in my mouth on ladies day. Worth the pain though.

Got all excited when I read this, then realised...aaaargh...we fly out on the 13th...even staying in Caleta this time....

Surely my wife couldn't have been aware when she got her holiday dates sorted out?!

It was a good night at the semi-finals and finals last night.

The GB ladies lost in the final to Poland.

BBC Sport were filming so it should be on Breakfast TV some time this week.
