The modern Fuerteventura Playa hotel enjoys a wonderful location in Costa Calma, directly by the sea and surrounded by splendid gardens filled with palm trees and flowers.

The light-coloured sandy beach with its flat approach into the water is just a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Convenient public transport links may be found right next to the hotel.

The welcoming guest rooms provide a range of everyday amenities to ensure maximum comfort for guests.

Guests may also enjoy the hotel's leisure facilities which include a swimming pool and tennis courts (additional fee) or if you prefer a little relaxation why not pay a visit to the hotel's sauna.

The Fuerteventura Playa is the perfect choice for those seeking accommodation close to the beach and in wonderful surroundings.

Just had a couple of weeks there, and had a week there a year ago.  If you can cope with the chaos and noise of large buffet-style restaurants, it's actually not bad.  The food is basic, but seems fresh enough and isn't in short supply.  The rooms are clean and reasonably well equipped.  Unusually for a Spanish hotel, all the rooms and corridors are carpeted, so it's fairly quiet.  It's not on the nicest bit of Costa Calma beach.  Most of the guests are German or Italian, it seems.

I use it as a base only, and spend my days on the nicer naturist beaches about 10 minutes' drive further south (Risco del Gato area), and for £40 or less a night, all-inclusive, for single use of a double room it seems excellent value.
