It is nearly a year since we had a walk round that area with you MLA and I have in my mind there are 2 new buildings going up and there is a planning issue with one if not both of them, hence work having stopped so when we were there 4 weeks ago they looked just the same as 12 months ago.

Why  is the hoist blue?

We have stayed in El Cotillo for quite a few holidays in December/January/February, and have hardly ever seen a boat out fishing. Is it more of a summer activity?

How did they ever get boats safely into the Old Harbour?

Mini heat wave would not surprise me! but wind forecast do not appear right for a Calima, but looking at the visibility if the wind strength eases over night which it is supposed to do I=it could move Easterly, but that is not the forecast.

It is now 14:30 at last there is some signs of the cloud moving away Temp is 23 C in the sun but a 12/15 MPH wind is making it feel cooler, strange day visibility had improved greatly this morning, but has now closed in again to about 1200 Mtrs.

The good news is although they have been forecasting temps up to 23/24 C for the rest of the week, that forecast has been revised to 26/28 C, wind to ease overnight and by morning should be N/e 6/8 MPH of the four sites i check only on is forecasting the wind to move easterly, and that is for a couple of hours before moving S/easterly, but here you never know
