El Cotillo... The outlook is for a mix of sun and cloud with the chance of light showers. This should clear mid afternoon, marking the beginning of a period of clear sunny weather. Temperatures should reach the mid 20's, with a moderate to fresh north easterly offshore wind, possibly reaching 35kph.

Early start today on the 1st tee at 8am.

Yesterday much as forecast, Caleta seemed to draw the short straw as it was clear both north and south of us. Temp on patio did reach the low 30'sC, at 6.30 this morning again 95%+ cloud cover windy and 20C

Todays forecast   
Cloud to reduce to scattered cloud as the morning progresses and remain scattered cloud for the rest of the day
Temperature up to 25C feeling like 27C
Wind from the NE all day 26 to 32 Km/h
UV factor of 12!!! at 1pm

Yesterday morning Caleta then lunch time La Lajita then back here in Caleta for a moody sunset

Yesterday again very much as forecast apart from temperature which was higher than forecast in sheltered spots.

7.30am heavy cloud cover, breezy, 20c on the patio, quite a sea swell.

Todays forecast -
Cloud clearing during the morning a blue sky for the afternoon and evening.
Temperature up to 25c feeling like 27c at 1pm but again I suspect it will be higher in direct sun in sheltered places.
Wind from the NE all day 26 to 32 Km/h
UV factor 11 at noon to 3pm

This Morning's cloudy sunrise -
 


Clear sky during the afternoon and evening did not materialise and in the wind it was quite cool, sheltered spots were lovely and warm when the sun did appear.

Tonight's sunset which was the clearest the sky was all-day -

Trying to get back to normal this morning, at 5pm, not sleeping well!! clear sky and no breeze, at 7.30 it was fairly clear sky with a little wind and a small amount of condensation on the roof terrace glass.  8.30 the cloud has built up, currently 20c

Just returned from PDR weather there much the same as Cotillo, warm and sunny. The in car thermometer, reading outside temperature 27°C.

At 6.30am this morning a clear starry sky overhead, very windy hence no condensation and 19c.

Todays forecast WINDY!!!
there will be some cloud all day, cloud to increase slightly during the morning and decrease again during the afternoon early evening.
Temperature up to 26c at 4pm
Wind from N to NNE up to 35Km/h mid morning, easing slightly to 30Km/h late afternoon.
UV factor up to 13!!!! at 1pm

Off to golf in wind this morning I must be mad.

Well the forecast was wrong as far as the cloud is concerned, we have had a clear sky since about 11am but very windy so feels cooler in the sun, golf was a challenge 😭😭😭

As previously mentioned clear sky yesterday afternoon but strong cooling wind nice sunset and new moon appearing.

There is still a fresh off/shore NNE wind, possibly reaching 42kph. This wind should blow its self out during Saturday, returning to a light wind during next week.

Calima Day yesterday with a fair wind as forecast

   

 

At 7am this morning thin white cloud that the stars could be seen through, little or no wind so condensation on furniture, 19C, now 8.30am sun up, a few wispy white clouds very little breeze, hazy in the distance.

Temperature up to 27C feeling like 31C at 3pm
Wind NNW to NE 13Km/h to 20Km/h

Don't trust the forecasts, no cloud late morning lovely day until about 3.30pm then the cloud came in.

According to the forecast we should have sun HA HA



6.30pm cloudy but a nice 24C and little breeze

It started to rain about midnight and has rained on and off all night and has started raining again at 8.10am, temp 21C

Forecast for rest of day

Cloud this morning with 3% chance of rain during the morning cloud continues during afternoon but rain potential reduces
Temperature up to 27C feeling like 33C at 1pm
Wind NNE to ENE 11Km/h to 15Km/h so a calm day and by 10pm this evening it will be down to 4Km/h
