my nephew and his family have rented there for 3 months, they say it's nice, the pool is not up to much.  I have stayed in the same area 12 months ago whilst we were purchasing an apartment  and it was a pain at times with the walk up, walking down was fine but if you have poor mobility it will be taxis.
