Help with movistar router

I have put getflix DNS settings in the router and it worked great for a long time  just recently its stopped ie can stll get internet just cant view bbc iplayer etc. Tried lots of things without success. I find routerr settings a complete minefield. Does anyone know of someone who could come sort it out for me? Obviously movistar will not help as they will only be concerned that i get internet. I am based in lajares
