Eurozone edges out of recession

"There will be relief more than celebration today that after 18 months the eurozone has eased out of recession.

The growth of 0.3% is modest, although slightly higher than expected, but it reflects growing confidence that the worst of the crisis lies in the past and that a recovery is taking hold."

I would love to think that. But there is one certain thing that has to happen in the UK. House prices have to be revalued. Which means a drop of at least 30%. Maybe 40% to 50% in the South of England. As soon as interest rates rise as they will at some time in the future. The housing market will go into meltdown.
