Hi there.  I will be visiting in August with my husband and 2 sons.  Both boys are autistic and the younger child has an autism assistance dog, who works in a similar way to a guide dog.  She is fully trained by a charity affiliated with Service Dogs Europe.  She wears a jacket and my son wears a belt which attaches to the jacket.  I'm just wondering if we will have any problems with access.  We live in Ireland and she has full access to restaurants, bars, doctors surgery etc.  She is extremely well behaved and makes our lives much easier.  Can anyone offer any advice?

This may be a bit trivial from somebody with disability experience but no detailed knowledge of your particular problem but I would suggest getting a card with a very short explanation of the situation translated into Spanish to show anybody who gives you trouble.
It may not help in all cases but it is the best I can think of.
