Centrally located in the tourist resort of Jandía, about 300 metres away from clear waters and a fine sandy beach.

The shopping centre of Jandía is just in front of the complex and the harbour of Morro Jable is only 5 kilometres away with the ferry and Jet-foil lines connecting Fuerteventura with Gran Canaria.
