Vodafone Paygo IVA rip off!

We have been  using 2 unlocked phones with  Vodafone  paygo sims.

It has been a constant battle about the IVA. If you top up using sources outside Vodafone directly for example on line with a bank, at a local shop we are being charged 21% Iva and not 7% as it should be on the Rock.

They will refund the difference but you have to call them every time to get your money back, its a total pain!.

Vodafone say the only way to avoid this is to top with them directly and tell them you are in Fuerteventura to get the correct Iva rate applied or go on contact where a default of 7% can be set to avoid any issues.
