Hi emmi,
I put this on a few days ago 😁😁 you must have missed it.
About time things changed. Hope it works as it says & doesn’t take forever going through the courts !!

Sorry, yes must have missed it. Sounds all too good to be true. My neighbour had squatters in a flat in Caleta, and he could not get them out for over a year under the old rules.

No worries 😂🤣😂🤣 Good for it to get plenty of exposure. Might be handy for pps to refer back to if need be. Must be a nightmare situation at any time but especially if you are non resident. I would just want to go in at night and “remove” them as the way things stood you got little (if any) support or back up from the legal side !!

I sometimes wonder why a law like this has such little publicity whereas a 75% travel discount that may not even happen has publicity every day of the week. People would be talking about a 75% discount either way, whereas this law could really help people but they may need it explaining a bit, really seems like the press in Spain are to some extent just a mouth piece for the politicians
