If you want to reside in Fuerteventura for more than 90 days you need to apply for residency. There are lots of other things you need (NIE NUMBER etc), so I suggest you speak to a solicitor or seek advice from the Spanish Government websites or the UK Government.

It's far too complex to answer in a brief reply on this forum!!

Tom.

Thanks for that, we already have NIE numbers but was unsure about the Certificado de Registro.

Can I add that the 90day rule applies to 90 days in any one rolling year.

Lots of information on this subject here - https://fuerteventura.click/Thread-UK-Ambassador-in-Corralejo-29-11-6pm

If you want one, try https://www.derecho.com/
It will cost 25/30 euros, for 24/5 hour electronic delivery.
